The property is surrounded by hectares of land with fruit trees and typical centuries-old olive trees. We access the structure through an electric gate that leads to the private parking.
Everything around you is exclusively for your use. As you will notice, here nature reigns supreme.

The villa is externally monitored by video and organized into 2 separate trulli with independent entrances;
Each with two bedrooms featuring canopy beds that create a wonderful sense of calm and romance, one double and one with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, finished with tiles in the Pugliese style, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
The living area is furnished with high-quality elements and a wood-burning fireplace.
There is Wi-Fi coverage (connection may be affected due to the size of the trulli walls) and air conditioning in every room.
The villa is the ideal solution for groups of friends or families seeking conviviality without sacrificing their independence.
The outdoor space has been designed for this purpose, featuring a spacious outdoor cooking area that includes a pizza oven, a separate barbecue, and a gas cooktop.
Dine comfortably at the solid wood table that can seat up to 10 people, located under the covered gazebo area between the two trulli, overlooking the countryside and the pool.
The pool area has been fenced to ensure that small children cannot enter alone, so once the gate is closed, you can relax on your personal sunbed knowing your children are safe.
For the more active and sporty, there is a private tennis court located below the pool. Relaxing after a tennis match in the pool is definitely refreshing.
Tennis lessons can be organized upon request if you wish to improve your game.
