Serge Beverelli is at the head of the Polo Properties Vallée d’Itria agency. He inherits a dual French and Italian culture : born in Paris, originally from Puglia, and from a family in the Gargano, Serge Beverelli decided to create his own real estate agency in the region before joining the Polo Properties brand. This allowed him to provide a service tailored to the codes of luxury real estate and to access an international clientele.
Before returning to the land of his ancestors, Serge Beverelli lived in Paris, where he was first a piano teacher at the Conservatory, then the founder and manager of a concert production company. After this life as a musician, he decided to establish his own business specializing in apartment renovation in Paris, collaborating with architects, decorators, and interior designers.
Following in the footsteps of his father, Luigi Beverelli, a carpenter and cabinetmaker, this path seemed like a natural choice, continuing his musical journey while combining it with his passion for architecture.

In 1968, Mr. Michael Scheffler opens his real estate agency near Düsseldorf, Germany. It's a family story that continues with his son, Mr. David Scheffler, who - after a successful career of 25 years as a real estate agent and quickly becoming the CEO of a large international real estate network - takes up the mantle and decides to expand the real estate expertise to France and internationally. The brand becomes "Polo Properties" in 2023.
